Get more bang for your fitness buck! One of the most effective ways to train for strength and endurance. This class will use short intervals of easy-to-follow cardio-respiratory work both on and off the step platform to drive your heart rate into a high intensity zone, integrated with intervals of weights and strength training. All levels of fitness welcome - everything is customizable for you! You will have fun getting stronger and fitter and will see results!
