Full payment (deposit and rental fee) is due at the time of reservation. Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received along with the signed agreement.

Reservation payments can be made in person using cash, check or charge, or over the phone using a credit card. Reservations are made Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm.

Deposit Fees:

Community Center room rentals require a refundable deposit. The deposit must be paid in full, along with the hourly room rental fee, at the time of booking. The deposit amount, minus any assessed damages or excessive clean-up fees, will be mailed in the form of a check within 2-3 weeks after the reservation date.

Alcohol Policy:

No alcohol is allowed in the Community Center without prior approval. An alcohol permit must be submitted two weeks prior to the reservation date for those wishing to serve alcohol. If the permit is approved, an additional $100 deposit (refundable) will be collected. Only beer, wine, and champagne are permitted with an alcohol permit. Liquors and hard alcohols are not allowed under any circumstances. 

Cancellation Policy:

All rental cancellations must be in writing and received by the office at least 14 calendar days prior to the requested event date in order to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellation requests received with less than 14 days notice will not be eligible for a refund beyond the deposit fee amount.

Room Amenities: The following are included and/or available at no charge for each room.

  • 6-foot rectangular tables
  • Folding chairs
  • 3-foot square card tables
  • Cooking supplies for specialized kitchen appliances in Room A
  • Podium with built-in microphone
  • Projector screen (audio/visual equipment not available)
  • Free Wi-Fi

Room Setups: The Brentwood Community Center staff will set up tables and chairs for rentals for no additional fee. The following set ups are available:
