A four segment fitness system using fundamental & accelerated yoga postures as an active and fluent recovery for intense plyometric intervals.

POWER STEP features functional athletic training and incorporates a platform for cardio, power, strength, balance, and agility training. The athletic choreography will have an immediate impact that will ignite your passion for teaching.

A no-impact regiment to address fitness requirements of older adults while keeping safety the highest priority. These frame-friendly exercises improve balance, flexibility, posture, and cardiovascular health.
