1. How do I receive an electronic "green" version of the City of Brentwood Newsletter?

If you would like to have the City newsletter E-mailed to you,and discontinue home delivery, please E-mail Susan Cacioppo at scacioppo@brentwoodmo.org with GREEN as the subject matter, or phone her at 314.963.8691. We will also need to know your home address so that we can take you off of the mailing list.

8. How do I prove residency at the Richond Heights Community Center?

To prove residency, please provide a photo ID to The Heights along with one of the following documents showing correct name, current date and address: an unpaid utility bill. personal property tax receipt or occupancy permit. Occupancy permits are required to purchase an original family membership but renewals will be accepted with an unpaid utility bill. There's no need to stop at the Brentwood office unless you need an occupancy permit, which may be obtained from the Housing Department at City Hall.

10. Are any animals banned in the city?

It shall be unlawful for any person to keep any horse, mule, jennet, donkey, bull, cow, calf, sheep, hog, pig, goat or domestic fowl within or under any building used for human habitation within this city.

All animals shall be kept under restraint.
(b) No owner shall fail to exercise proper care and control of his/her animal to prevent them from becoming a public nuisance.
(c) Every female dog in heat shall be confined in a building or secure enclosure in such a manner that such female dog cannot come into contact with another dog except for planned breeding.
(d) Every vicious animal, as determined by the licensing authority, shall be confined by the owner within a building or secure enclosure and shall be securely muzzled or caged whenever off the premises of its owner.
