Monthly Financial Status Reports

The Administration Department prepares monthly Financial Status Reports that present a detailed analysis of the City’s revenue and expenditures as compared to the adopted budget.  These reports are distributed to the City’s Management Team and the Mayor and Board of Aldermen on a monthly basis and are on the agenda for discussion at every Ways and Means Committee meeting.
