Circuit Training (full body)

Our six-week training session leads right up to swimsuit season so be ready for an intense workout! Circuit training keeps your body moving by allowing minimal breaks between exercises. You'll get the benefit of muscle building and toning along with an intense cardio workout that will help burn fat while toning your muscles... just in time for summer!

Boot Camp in the Parks 

Be ready to get to work. Our six-week outdoor boot camp leads right up to swimsuit season! This class will burn off the calories by using a wide variety of interval training coupled with bodyweight exercises (pushups, squats, burpees, etc). This class will push you to the limit while promoting camaraderie and fat-burning as you work at your own pace in a small group. 

Classes are held Tuesday nights

T'ai Chi Ch'uan

T'ai Chi Ch'uan is an internal Chinese martial art often practiced for health reasons. Its soft martial art technique, balance, mental concentration, health, and longevity benefits are a relaxing and gentle way to stay in shape. 

Classes are underway on Thursdays evenings.

Beginner: 6:30-7:30     Advanced: 7:30-8:30pm

Yoga for Every Body

Not sure what practice is right for you? Want a class that can 

be tailored to your needs? These all-inclusive classes are a series of exercises, movements and deep breathing that build strength, reduce stress and increase vitality while allowing for individual instruction in a team environment. Modifications and variations will be offered for every level of practice. Bring mat, water, and an open mind!

ZUMBA

Ditch the workout, join the party! We take the "work" out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective and super fun!
