Planning & Zoning Commission
The Brentwood Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) advises the Board of Aldermen on how best to preserve and protect Brentwood's existing residential and business community and provide for, plan, guide and direct the development, redevelopment and growth of the City.  The Planning and Zoning Commission is authorized by state statute under RSMo Chapter 89.

Planning and Zoning Commission members are appointed to three year terms by the Mayor with approval by the Board of Aldermen.  The Planning and Zoning Commission meets at 7:00pm on the second Wednesday of the month.  A subcommittee meeting is held on an as-needed basis on the last Wednesday of the month at 7:00pm.  All meetings are conducted at City Hall.

Brentwood residents interested in serving on the Commission are encouraged to complete and submit the Volunteer Interest Form.
