We encourage parents and guardians to empower their children to become more physically active. Staying active together can help children build confidence while teaching them the importance of physical activity to lead a healthy life. Join us for daily activities throughout the week that you and your child can participate in for some family-friendly exercise.
August 4 – 10 is National Exercise with Your Child Week. According to Family Doctor.org children who are involved in 60 minutes of activity per day experience reduced levels of stress, sleep better and exhibit better mental health.
