A Barre class delivers a full body workout. This class will strengthen your core, tone all major muscle groups and improve your balance and posture. Barre classes are an intense combination of pilates, yoga and ballet. Wear comfortable clothes (Short and T-shirts and/or yoga pants and a top) socks or bare feet welcome. Bring a mat or towel. No other equipment needed. All fitness levels welcome.
