About this Program: 

Taking a Tai Chi for Arthritis for Fall Prevention class, is “one of the most effective exercises to prevent falls, improve health, and quality of life”, can help lower your risk for falling. This class incorporates a series of gentle, pain-free movements to improve balance, strength, and flexibility. Presented by Aging Ahead. Pre-Registration Required for full 8 week program. Lunch provided by Aging Ahead, donations accepted during class.
