Chef Irma will share her years of experience on how to make delicious sushi rolls. This hands-on class is designed to be fun and inspire participants to make more sushi rolls at home! We will start with California rolls, followed by spicy tuna rolls, and finally dragon rolls.
Ingredients available for use: Tuna, fried shrimp, imitation crab, avocado, green onions, cucumber, cream cheese, roasted sesame seeds and tobiko.
