The City of Brentwood, Missouri and the Brentwood Redevelopment Corporation are pleased to present to qualified developers the opportunity to redevelop an area of approximately 40 acres along either side of the Manchester Road Corridor generally between South Hanley Road on the east and South Brentwood Boulevard on the west. 
 
 

The proposer may submit a proposal wherein it would act as a “master developer” in conjunction with the Redevelopment Corporation and carry out all redevelopment activities on its behalf, subject to an agreement approved by the Corporation and the City of Brentwood. Alternatively, the proposer may submit a proposal that is applicable to only a portion of the Development Area. The City has elected to offer a simplified preliminary submission process as outlined in the RFP document. There is no submission fee associated with a preliminary proposal.

The City will accept proposals until Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at 4:00 pm.

Developers should submit three hard copies of either a Preliminary or Final Proposal accompanied by a digital copy on a USB/Flash drive to:
