A mandatory signed Plea of Guilty, Appearance and Waiver for Traffic Citations (PDF) form must be completed and returned along with your payment to close the case. A court appearance is necessary for a plea of not guilty. Court costs are assessed on each violation whether or not you appear in court, as mandated by the State of Missouri.
