Work anticipated in the next three weeks on Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District’s Project Clear in Brentwood:
- Deer Creek Sanitary Tunnel – The contractor will continue construction of the deaeration chamber at the site at the corner of Brazeau and Suburban Tracks. This structure is located underground at the tunnel elevation, but the workers, equipment, and materials used to construct the structure will be lowered into the tunnel from a crane at the surface.
- Deer Creek Sanitary Tunnel – The contractor continues construction of the Diversion Structure within the sheet pile excavation support system previously installed at the site located near Manchester and Breckenridge Industrial. The contractor will continue construction of the deaeration chamber within the previously excavated tunnel shaft at the site.
