Construction work anticipated in the next two weeks on the Brentwood Bound Plan:
Demolition Phase 1B
- Marschel Wrecking has completed the demolition of the building located at 2717 Breckenridge Industrial Drive and has started the demolition of 2814 Breckenridge Industrial Drive this past week. They anticipate starting the demolition of the buildings at 8228 and 8130 Brentwood Industrial Drive next week.
- Spire will be working on utility disconnects for 8214 Mary Ave., 2810 Mary Ave., and 2802 Mary Ave. this week.
Flood Mitigation Phase 1
- Project documents are available on the City’s website.
- Proposals are due July 30, 2020, by 2 pm at Brentwood City Hall.
- The Brentwood Fire Department will conduct training exercises at 8228 and 8130 Brentwood Industrial Drive.
- The Brentwood Police Department will conduct training exercises at 2714 Breckenridge Industrial Drive.
