Construction work anticipated in the next two weeks on the Brentwood Bound Plan:
Demolition Phase 1B
- Marschel Wrecking is completing the removal of the concrete slab and foundations of the buildings at 8228 and 8130 Brentwood Industrial Drive.
- Marschel Wrecking will begin the demolition of the buildings at 2780, 2802, 2810 and 2814 Mary Avenue the week of August 31.
Flood Mitigation Phase 1
- L. Keely will perform a couple of soil borings along Brentwood Boulevard south of the Metro building and one soil boring next to the Breckenridge Industrial Court bridge.
- L. Keely will begin mobilizing onsite in early October.
- The Brentwood Fire Department will perform training exercises at 8228 and 8130 Brentwood Industrial Drive the week of August 31.
