Construction work anticipated in the next two weeks on the Brentwood Bound Plan:
Demolition Phase 1B
- Marschel Wrecking will be completing the demolition of the buildings at 2780, 2802, 2810 and 2814 Mary Ave. They are projecting that the demolition of these structures will be completed by Friday, Sept. 25 and all debris will be removed by Wednesday, Sept. 30.
Flood Mitigation Phase 1
- L. Keeley has started mobilizing onsite, setting up their construction trailer at 8302 Manchester Road.
- L. Keely will perform a couple of soil borings along Brentwood Boulevard south of the Metro building and one soil boring next to the Breckenridge Industrial Court bridge this week.
- L. Keely will be installing temporary fencing along Brentwood Industrial Drive late next week and starting the site clearing the first week of October from Breckenridge Industrial Court moving west along Brentwood Industrial Drive.
