As part of Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD) Project Clear’s long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD is planning a construction project to replace sanitary and storm sewer in the White Avenue and Rosalie Avenue neighborhood. The project is estimated to begin construction in the summer of 2021.
