Brentwood Bound Construction Update

Construction work anticipated in the next two weeks on the Brentwood Bound Plan:

Flood Mitigation Phase 1

  • L. Keeley completion of the 72” sewer junction chamber
  • L. Keeley installation of sanitary sewer structures located adjacent to Mary Avenue
  • L. Keeley installation of the 24” sanitary line near Bompart Avenue
  • L. Keeley earthwork for the GRG Connector and Event Lawn/Comfort Station sites
  • L. Keeley excavated soils hauling and export
  • L. Keeley completion of 24-HR bypass pumping of the existing horseshoe sewer

Demolition Phase 1C

  • Marschel Wrecking site work (seed, straw, erosion control) at 8000 Manchester Road (Frederic Roofing)
  • Marschel Wrecking completion of punch list work

Deer Creek Greenway Connector Part A

  • Ideal Landscaping mobilization to 2950 S. Brentwood Blvd. (Brentwood Materials)
  • Ideal Landscaping abatement of 2950 S. Brentwood Blvd. (Brentwood Materials)
  • Ideal Landscaping utility disconnects at 2950 S. Brentwood Blvd. (Brentwood Materials)

Event Lawn/Comfort Station

  • HOF Construction mobilization following completion of the Event Lawn site earthwork
  • HOF Construction survey and layout for foundations
