- Earthwork filling north of the Event Lawn and west of Mary Avenue
- Landscaping improvements (tentatively on hold)
- Remaining sheet pile wall installation near Exchange Way (tentative start)
Flood Mitigation Phase 2
- Pipe-in tunnel boring beneath Manchester Road
- Exit bore pit excavation and shoring installation
- Sheet pile wall installations east of BauserHaus and Breckenridge Material Co.
Deer Creek Greenway Connector Part A
- Flatwork, curb, gutter and roadway installation
- Underground electrical rough-in
- Permeable paver parking lot construction
- Trail paving (tentative start)
Event Lawn/Comfort Station
- Roof work
- Ceiling drywall taping
- Interior mechanical and electrical rough-in
- Installing windows and exterior wood siding
- Installing underground electrical conduits on west side
MoDOT Manchester Road Improvements
- Sawcutting, removals, and linear grading
- Form and pour sidewalks, curb ramps, curbs, gutters, and approaches
- Deep sanitary sewer installation and storm sewer improvements
- Demolition, shoring and excavation for the pedestrian underpass
- Manchester Road closure at Hanley Road
- Black Creek bridge demolition work
- Deer Creek bridge improvements (on Manchester Road west of S. Brentwood Blvd.)
