- Breckenridge Industrial Court bridge installation
- Sanitary sewer junction chamber excavation, shoring and construction

Deer Creek Greenway Connector Part A
- Flatwork, curb/gutter and roadway installation
- Site utilities rough-in
- Completion of remaining storm sewers
- Excavation and construction of the bioretention basin
- Construction of large Dumpster enclosure near Brazeau Avenue
- Permeable paver parking lot construction (tentative start)
Event Lawn/Comfort Station
- Completion of standing seam metal roof
- Exterior concrete pavement and sidewalk installation
- Exterior stonework
- Installation of the Ameren transformer and primary power cables
- Windows and wood siding installation
MoDOT Manchester Road Improvements
- Sawcutting, removals, and linear grading
- Form and pour sidewalks, curb ramps, curbs, gutters, and approaches
- Sanitary sewer installation and storm sewer improvements
- Pedestrian underpass construction
- Manchester Road closures, demo and intersection work at/near Hanley Road
- Black Creek bridge construction
