Multiple projects are scheduled along Rosalie Avenue between Brentwood Boulevard and Mary Avenue, including proposed sidewalk improvements with streetlights along the south side of the street.
MSD Sewer Main Project
MSD’s contractor, Fred Luth & Sons, will separate the combined sewer and install new sewers on Bridgeport, White, and Rosalie (east of Brentwood Blvd). Luth started staking sewer locations. Sidewalk/Streetlight Improvements Project
Krupp Construction will pour sidewalks at 8710 & 8714 Rosalie and the sidewalks near the Brentwood Post Office today (11/18/2021). Assuming that concrete strength is adequate for the new pours, the sidewalk could open around 11/24/21. Meyer Electric installed most of the wiring for the 10 decorative lights. Ameren will energize the streetlights following the installation of the street lights on the foundations and wiring connections to the meter pedestal.
