The City of Brentwood and Great Rivers Greenway are partnering on the planning, design and construction of a new paved greenway connection between Rogers Parkway and the Deer Creek Greenway at Brentwood Boulevard and Marshall Avenue.
The Deer Creek Greenway currently stretches 2.16 miles between the Deer Creek Shopping Center through Deer Creek Park in Maplewood to Lorraine Davis Park in Webster Groves.
When complete, the Deer Creek Greenway Connector will create a paved, accessible walking and biking trail linking Brentwood’s Memorial Park (with sidewalk access to Brentwood Promenade and Brentwood Pointe shopping centers) to Lorraine Davis Park, Barnickel Park and Deer Creek Park in Webster Groves, Deer Creek Park in Maplewood and the Deer Creek Shopping Center at Big Bend Boulevard.
The Deer Creek Connector will also link to these parks and amenities within Brentwood:

This project is part of the City’s Brentwood Bound Plan that also includes the Deer Creek Flood Mitigation and Manchester Road Improvements projects.
At the groundbreaking event, Brentwood Mayor David Dimmitt and Great Rivers Greenway CEO Susan Trautman shared updates about the project. Attendees viewed the progress taking place on the Brentwood Bound site.
