On-site construction work details anticipated in the next two weeks on the Brentwood Bound projects:

Flood Mitigation Phase 1

  • Multi-use trail installation
  • Irrigation water line installation
  • Pond liner installation

Flood Mitigation Phase 2

  • Breckenridge Industrial Court bridge construction
  • Sanitary sewer junction chamber excavation, shoring and construction
  • Sanitary sewer piping and structure(s) installation
  • Sheet pile wall installation along Black Creek near Breckenridge Material Co.

Deer Creek Greenway Connector Part A

  • Roadway and remaining flatwork installation
  • Multi-use trail installation
  • Construction of dumpster enclosures near Brazeau and Mary avenues
  • Permeable paver parking lot construction

Event Lawn/Comfort Station 

  • Painting of doors, frames and timber frame connections
  • Installation of exterior wall insulation, wood siding and metal panels
  • Completion of mechanical and electrical trim in all areas
  • Grinding of concrete floors
  • Masonry wall cleaning
  • Final grading of event lawn and food truck plaza

MoDOT Manchester Road Improvements

  • Demo, sawcutting and utility work
  • Flatwork installation(s)
  • Electrical rough-in (Helen to Porter)
  • Pedestrian underpass construction
  • Manchester Road closure(s) and intersection work at Hanley Road
  • Black Creek bridge construction
