BB Construction Update

On-site construction work details anticipated in the next two weeks on the Brentwood Bound projects:

Flood Mitigation Phase 1

  • Stream stabilization work
  • Multi-use trail installation 
  • Irrigation water line installation 
  • Landscaping improvements 
  • Sewer pipe testing

Flood Mitigation Phase 2

  • Breckenridge Industrial Court bridge approach work
  • Sanitary sewer junction chamber construction
  • Sanitary sewer piping and structure(s) installation
  • Earthwork south of Deer Creek along Black Creek

Deer Creek Greenway Connector Part A

  • Multi-use trail installation
  • Site utilities installation
  • Parking stop installation at 8702 Manchester
  • Underground low-voltage conduit installation
  • Landscaping improvements

Event Lawn/Comfort Station 

  • Completion of building punchlist work
  • Demonstration and training

Destination Playground

  • Installation of the sewer piping from the intersection of Brazeau Avenue and Pendleton Avenue
  • Starting earthwork activities
  • Starting installation of the storm sewer piping onsite

MoDOT Manchester Road Improvements

  • Demo, grading and utility work
  • Flatwork installation(s)
  • Pedestrian underpass construction (north)
  • Ornamental lighting installation
  • Wall installation
