Trash, Recycling and Yard Waste Service
The City of Brentwood operates its own Sanitation Department under the supervision and coordination of the Public Works Department. The Sanitation Department is responsible for the collection of trash, recycling and yard waste for single-family homes and Brentwood Forest Condominiums. This service is offered at no charge to residents.
Brentwood’s Sanitation Department delivers collected trash items to Waste Connections’ facility in Valley Park, Missouri.
Brentwood’s Sanitation Department delivers collected recycling items to Republic Services’ materials recycling facility in Hazelwood, Missouri.
Optional bulk pickup and additional collection days are available for a small fee.
Optional services at a discounted rate are available for residents in which the head of household is at least age 65 or for residents with a medical condition that prohibits them from placing refuse receptacles curbside. Proof of eligibility is required. Optional Services Discount Form

Yard Waste Pickup Schedule
Wednesdays for all Wards
Rake-to-the-curb leaf pickup is is available through Hendel Lawncare. Leaves must be raked to the curb for this service. Residents must call and schedule this service at: (314) 863-1420

Construction Debris
Brentwood Public Works is not able to collect construction debris. One way to dispose of construction debris is to purchase a Bagster Bag at any Home Depot or other retailers and have Waste Management pick up the debris after it's placed in the Bagster Bag.
